Known for superb menu options in their restaurant, catering division, and online seafood market, Tracey Carlson and Keith Woodman also received the honor of the 2013 Essex Chowderfest Festival People’s Choice first-place award for best Clam Chowder. Their seafood platters, homemade soups, sandwiches and salads, steamed clams, fish, and lobsters consistently earn applause. To create memorable dining experiences, the duo works with clients directly to plan clambakes, picnics, or BBQs in the backyard, at the beach, at a favorite location, or at one of their chosen venues.
